Valur Store shipping policy

At Valur store, we are committed to delivering your order with care and precision, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition.


Delivery time

  • Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.

Order confirmation

  • All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before shipping to ensure accuracy and availability.

Rescheduling your delivery

  • You may reschedule your delivery twice for your convenience.
  • If delivery attempts exceed three times without success, the order will be automatically canceled.

Postponing orders

  • If an order is postponed for more than 7 days, it will be automatically canceled by the shipping company.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled without any fees within 2 hours of being placed.
  • If an order is canceled after reaching shipping phase, shipping fee will be deducted from the refund or charged separately.

Package handling

  • For safety reasons, Orders cannot be opened upon delivery. However, our return & exchange policy allows you to inspect your items at home and contact us for any returns or exchanges if needed.
  •  For returns, exchanges, or inquiries, please contact us directly on WhatsApp.

Free shipping policy

  • If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned or exchanged, the original delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.
