Returns & exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, contact us directly on WhatsApp and send clear photos of the item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Accepted reasons for return

  • Item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Wrong item was delivered.
  • Item does not match what was shown on the product page.

Non-returnable items

  • Items that have been worn or used.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Items returned after the 48-hour window.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via WhatsApp if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
